We currently offer FREE Shipping exclusively to customers Worldwide. This free shipping will be displayed during checkout.

  • Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 4-10 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 5-13 business day.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+02:00) Central European Standard Time

International Shipping Times

  • Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 4-10 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 5-13 business days

Note: For the Customized or Personalized Items, the shipping time may delay a little bit.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Changing Your Shipping Address 

Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to modify your delivery details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@glodofsweden.com or call us at +46 10 550 27 04‬. We usually process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business day.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue immediately. Due to the speed and efficiency of our order preparation, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and are dedicated to ensuring a quick and seamless delivery experience, but in that case you ordered wrong item(s) and wanted to cancel the item and order the right one then please contact with us at info@glodofsweden.com

Pre-Order Cancellations

Please note that all pre-order cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. This fee covers administrative costs and the allocation of stock. By placing a pre-order, you agree to this cancellation policy. 

This does not apply to pre-ordered items that have not arrived within 2 weeks after provided ETA

Unexpected Delays 

If your package takes longer than the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the package and inform our customer service (Please contact us at info@glodofsweden.com or call us at +46 10 550 27 04‬)
  • If the parcel was delivered while you were away and is damaged, contact our customer service for further assistance.
  • We will arrange for a replacement free of charge in case of a valid claim.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items. We will send you each item as it’s ready, so you may receive multiple items at the same times. Rest assured, you'll receive an email with tracking information for each package we ship.

Lost Package?

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered” or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
