30 Days Returns

We offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase except the personalized items, we cannot offer returns for customized or personalized item(s) because your personalized jewelry is designed only just for you. We proudly offer our hassle-free policy on all products. Our commitment is to ensure that your shopping experience with us is risk-free and enjoyable. Please note the exceptions below for customized or personalized items.

Non-personalized Returns

At Glod of Sweden, we strive to deliver inspiration and happiness with each and every order. If you are not happy with any non-personalized item you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

So, Please return products within 30 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not support international returns at this time. All international orders are final sale. 

    Personalized Returns

    Due to the customized nature of personalized items, we cannot offer returns. Your personalized jewelry is designed just for you! However, if there is a defect with your order we will replace it at no additional cost.

    Of course, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction so if you are unhappy with a personalized item order we ask that you reach out to our customer service team (info@glodofsweden.com) and we will work with you to make things right.

    *Please note that once you order a personalized item we begin working on it right away so we cannot accept cancellations of personalized orders.

    Return Conditions

    We offer a hassle-free return policy for all customers who meet the following conditions:

    • The refund or return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • The product is purchased directly from our website (https://glodofsweden.com).
    • The customer has followed the product usage instructions provided on our website or packaging.
    • The item must be unused or slightly used but it should be in its original condition, and free from any damage.
    • It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, or inserts.
    • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or packing slip, must be included.

    Return/Exchange Instructions for Customer

    To submit a refund, store credit or exchange request, please contact us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

    How Much Will Customers Pay for Return Shipping?

    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for remorse. And it's our responsibility if you get the wrong or damaged products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    To submit a refund request, contact us with all information and photos/movies.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks  business days for your account to be credited.


    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you do not see the refund after 2 weeks, check your bank statement or contact your credit card provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us at info@glodofsweden.com or ‪call us at +46 10 550 27 04‬. We respond within 24 hours.

    Return & Exchange Shipping

    If you want to make an exchange please contact customer service. To ensure your exchange item is shipped quickly, drop off the item as soon as possible, as the new item will only be sent once the carrier scans the returned package as in transit to us.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

    What is the Restocking Fee?

    10% restocking fee.

    Cancellations

    Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue immediately. Due to the speed and efficiency of our order preparation, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and are dedicated to ensuring a quick and seamless delivery experience, but in that case you ordered wrong item(s) and wanted to cancel the item and order the right one then please contact with us at info@glodofsweden.com

    Pre-Order Cancellations

    Please note that all pre-order cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. This fee covers administrative costs and the allocation of stock. By placing a pre-order, you agree to this cancellation policy. 

    This does not apply to pre-ordered items that have not arrived within 2 weeks after provided ETA
